I like everything. The room was very pleasant and spacious. Everything was in mint condition.

I really can't list anything that I didn't like.

Room accomodating , breakfast fresh and satisfying, quiet and peaceful.

Creating or establishing a specific section for guests with pets. Our family is a pet-free family due to allergies.

The suite was perfect for myself and my kids! The kitchen was great! The pool was close and the hot tub was great! The kids loved it! It was ten minutes to my sons home and close to shopping! The included breakfast was great!

I do wish there was an ice machine and that the breakfast hours were slightly extended as we arrived super late at night.

We were very impressed at how nice everything was. The room had everything we needed and more! Kitchen stocked with coffee for the first night was a real plus. Breakfast was very good and the workers there were very polite and helpful.

Disappointed in the welcome we received. At check-in on April 17th in the evening, I had to call out for someone to come to the desk and help us. The young man was not friendly or courteous. He spoke little and answered my questions with as few words as possible. When I asked what time breakfast was, he said, "It's on the paper I'll give you." Sadly, I never saw a paper so I had to call the front desk to ask about breakfast again. He said, "There's a little paper in your key holder pocket." I said, "Could you just tell me what time breakfast is?" He finally did! It was as if I was bothering him. Lately, he didn't really explain where our room was. He drew on the paper and handed it to me. We didn't know that we had to look for a number "17" on the outside of our building. That would have been helpful, especially since it was dark outside.

We stayed in the bi level queen suite and I loved how spacious it was and really loved the full kitchen setup and that the beds were in separate rooms. We came on a family trip with my husband, toddler, my parents and brought our dog too. We would 100% stay there again. Breakfast was great too!
