Entry door broken never fixed

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Clean property. Some shady looking people at the back door parking, but nothing too alarming.

Breakfast was very good.

Staff was friendly and the area was in a good area from what we could tell, clean, helpful. Breakfast was good. Defiantly would recommend!

We stayed here before for our family trip and came back based on our last stay. GOOD: 1. The rooms are spacious. 2. It’s not hard to find parking when coming in late night. 3. The parking is free. 4. In the 2 room suites, there is a larger bed in one of the rooms. This helped us on this family trip. 5. The ease of making the reservation. NOT GOOD: 1. The air conditioning didn’t work. And August is HOT. 2. There didn’t seem to be security for the parking lot. Our car had white writing on two of the windows which we wiped off in the morning. We found that a bit odd. 3. When making a reasonable request, the response wasn’t as friendly and timely as we were accustomed to from other Residence Inns (Utah, Southern California, Northern California, Washington, Florida, Minnesota, etc.). 4. When we arrived late night after traveling, they told us they didn’t have a “clean” room for us. Our room was reserved and paid for in early August. 5. Our room (with no air conditioning) was not serviced and towels were not replenished. 6. They moved our family to 2 separate rooms.

Great stay. The hotel was gorgeous, well taken care of and breakfast was amazing!

I liked the room very nice with big fridge and microwave and stove. Only thing I didn’t like was the TV selection not many choices and no pay channels that you could get even to have a choice.

Very clean hotel room and accessible area to beautiful scenery. Convenient restaurants and shops for solo travelers.

The carpet was dirty, by the elevator always dirty. Pool is dirty, you can see the dirt and rust on it.

Room comfort
