Rush of the cleaning staff asking how much longer we b in our room when we had check out time noon. Also the person didn't restock to amount of people staying for Continental breakfast in amount of time frame for allowed food Combinations what was left was left and it was still enough time to restock ~ sounded more worried about cleaning up

Looks fine on the surface but. . . For two King Suites and a 3 night stay in eachby a couple with two kids in a suite with a kitchen and the adjective "Residence" in its name you'd think they'd do better! One of the two suites we paid for and stayed in was very clean. The room beside it, 316, had dried blood on the sheets and it was obvious the bed had been slept in the night before our check in! It was late and kids were tired -- our daughter was too tired to wait for housekeeping to be called to put clean sheets on the bed so the parents just slept in it! So did their two kids. Because there were no blankets or pillows in the closet in the room to make up the hide-a-bed. No trash cans in either suite. (Why a kitchen and full fridge, but no garbage can? In bathroom? In bedroom? In kitchen? Zero!) Only one tiny sauce pot in the kitchen; no microwaveable dish; only one 13" long unwieldy knife. Silverware unmatched and inadequate. No regular sized sharp knife to simply cut an apple or a slice of cheese. No salt in the salt shaker. Inadequate silverware for the # of guest each suite accommodates. No comforters or pillows to make up the pull out hide-a bed couches. Night front desk man was new evidently and couldn't find anything he ended up unlocking a clean ready to go room with two queens and pulling off the comforters and pillows and hauling them up the elevator to the third floor to our suites so we could make up the couches to put the kids to bed on night one. He looked spaced out and exhausted. I assumed all the lodging possible to book on Marriot.com would be well-managed and well-maintained so didn't look up reviews-- but this was NOT.

Breakfast was great! Room size is comfortable. Manager did try to accommodate us for all the inconveniences.

Housekeeper walked in to our room with a 2 second knock at 9am when checkout is at 12. Bathroom was dirty with urine stains all over the back of the toilet seat. TV in bedroom was not working. Beds are rock hard. Pillows are flat. No bottom bed linen on king size bed nor pillow cases for extra pillow. No toothbrushes as well.

Friendly helpful staff and good location, easy access and lots of parking. Adequate gym with plenty of dining options nearby.
