"Our room wasn’t clean and staff were unprofessional"

It was fairly cheap for what we got and free parking

Staff were rude, didn’t tell us about extra charges that booking.com didn’t have listed.

"Glad it's close to the hospital"

The room was nicely decorated and clean however there was a stain in the bathtub we thought was blood. It was stained from the tub no draining properly. There was a terrible smell of damp carpet 🤧 everywhere hallways were the worst. Breakfast was okay nothing special. The best part is that it is close to Arkansas heart hospital.
