Cleanliness and pet friendly.

I liked that it had a kitchen. The property needs some TLC. We went to check out the pool area when we arrived and the hot tub was empty/out of order. The next day they were installing plywood over the hot tub and the pool area was now closed because of a faulty gate latch. There was dog poop all over the property, our room had a faulty microwave, rip in the carpet, and problem with the kitchen tap. I expect more from Marriott resorts.

It was clean.

The hot water was shut off at 7 am on 11/15 as a planned upgrade. This should have been noted when I made my reservations so I could find an alternate location. The hot tub was not available due to maintenance. Again, this should have been told to me prior to me confirming reservations.

Nothing this time around I had previously stayed at this property over the New Years Weekend and had enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. That is why I chose to make reservation unfortunately we never got to stay the front desk was very rude and I can only assume judgmental because they canceled my reservation and had denied even receiving my reservation after contacting the 3rd party booking.com they informed me that they had gotten my reservation 26 minutes ago and not to worry that the cancelation was free of charge but the property charged me anyway and at a higher rate than I paid for the room now I have to dispute the transaction and wait to be reimbursed

The entire front desk staff, with their shady sneaky lies and attempts to cover their mistake as well as unethical practices.

A guest had set up his own 4-foot speaker (complete with flashing lights) at the pool side. The music he was playing was loud enough to shake the windows all around the pool. The local staff refused to enforce any kind of noise policy saying it is "reasonable" since they don't have hotel-provided music at the pool ... so people are welcome to bring their own. I took video of this and showed it to the staff at another Marriott hotel. They were astounded that this could be allowed. Basically, the Resident Inn told me that if I don't like it I should leave. So I did. I don't usually complain, but this was truly amazing. I should post the video on the internet. I bet it will go viral. It is something to behold.

We where in town for my daughter wedding my whole family stayed here. The staff was awesome and close to frys and Wal-Mart would stay aging
