As soon as we arrived....a/c not programmed properly...cable t.v. not functioning properly. Had to contact front desk to send over technicians to make adjustments. Last night stay...the either "hard wired" in or battery operational smoke detector went off approx. 1:37 AM and kept chirping all night keeping my wife and myself up.

Nous avons fait 5 jours sans eau chaude, l'établissement a promis Nous faire un geste commercial .....a la fin ils nous proposent 50% sur une journée, en sachant que nous y avons séjourné 10 jours : c'est honteux.

Loss of hot water during a bath and forced to change room without any staff help yet with 2 kids - Very stressful. Scheduled room cleaning was not done until the next day after complaining.
