USThe first day, the Manager in charge was very nice and attentive, which I appreciated. However, on the second day I reported a water leak in both the bathroom sink and the kitchen, and it took two days for the issue to be resolved. Regarding cleanliness, I noticed a dead bug on the closet door, which I left intentionally to see if it would be cleaned, but it remained there for two weeks. Additionally, two of the towels provided had a bad odor, so I did not use them. I also reported that one of the shampoo and conditioner dispensers was broken, but it was never replaced during my stay. On a positive note, the staff working in the restaurant—especially during breakfast—were excellent, very attentive, and consistently provided great service.
USLocation is excellent close to work and restaurants and shops. The people are always very accommodating to my needs. Breakfast is a bonus -- fresh and available before going to work.
When you have more than 1 bag it is very cumbersome to get to your room. I had to make 2 trips because wheeling on the rug is difficult. Eventually the rooms will need a refresh.
USBreakfast was great. It was different each day and provided a very nice start to our long sight-seeing days. Location and nearby restaurants/attractions were nice.
The sofa bed was terrible - an inflatable bed would have been much better. Consider changing the sofa bed mattress - it's VERY thin and is a coil spring version. At the very least, consider moving to a memory foam or gel mattress. The person who used that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We did notice that people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel were taking huge advantage of the breakfast buffet. One woman came in on more than one occasion during our 5-day stay. She filled a number of empty containers (a large cardboard box full!) with food, left, and came back to repeat the process.
It was a little noisy by the highway. Breakfast options were good.
