The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in need of some updating in common areas. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has everything you need from shopping to eating. I definitely would stay again.

No elevator for 3rd floor room. We had to carry our luggage upstairs. No blanket available for the sofa bed so we ended up bought our own blanket from Kruger next door, $45

The elevator didn’t work the put us on the 2nd floor after I denied to walk to the 3rd floor they don’t let you know they take Particular cards until you get there !!

The staff was awesome! They worked with me to get a room in the area that I wanted. The room was clean and nice. It is an old apartment complex and not like a normal Residence Inn. The door seemed to have a dent at the bottom but it locked so we were okay. Parking was lite up well and we felt safe. Loved the area. Close to many eating places, interstate, and medical offices.
