"NOT PET FRIENDLY"

Booked a "Pet Friendly" room and was charged $100 "pet fee". I called to ask why it was so high and the desk person agreed that it was high and should have been disclosed at check in. She suggested that the manager might be able to provide partial credit. I never received a call back.

"Service made the stay"

Decent property, definitely beginning to show its age but is well maintained and clean. What really made the stay exceptional was the guest service. Steven at the front desk checked us in and made us feel so welcome and appreciated as guests. We later had questions and were again helped by Steven. He really made this hotel stand apart.

my only complaint is I am handicapped and the room we received was the worst handicapped room I've been in. The shower was not ADA compliant and was extremely difficult to use.
