Pool closed, exercise room disappointed, room was not clean—rug was not well vacuumed, overall wiped down but has not had a deeper cleaning in a very long time, multiple items in room were broken including fire detector hanging on wires from the ceiling. Could easily tell not enough cleaning staff. Elevator walls covered in handprints; every wall needed repainting and multiple room doors showed years of wear and tear. Old and unkept. Once upon a time, a 3-star hotel was where you had pride to bring your family—this hotel, like others in the area, get by because of lack of competition rather than investment and upkeep. Always feel bad for staff who do a great job with so little.

Great customer service from all employees. Comfortable room

Im a Premier Elite Bonvoy member and I will say this property is in no way up to Marriott Standards. This past weekend I travelled with my son and 7 year old grandson, and when I got into my room I was appalled. First, the refrigerator had a bunch of dents on it , like it was hit by a hammer. In the kitchen area the smoke detector was hanging by a screw. The master bedroom’s door had a door knob hanging by one screw. Finally there was a huge water stain on the ceiling surrounding one of the vents. Not to mention that the furniture was old and worn out. I would highly NOT recommend thi location, and am very disappointed that Marriott would let this happen to one of their properties.

The location was great near shopping and dining options. Easy on and off insterstate. Staff was great

The room was clean but the pool was closed. This is why I chose the establishment. They should remove that option on the booking site

The stay was fine although. The fridge had dents in the door which made a bad impression. The bed linens could have been better along with the pillows.

The room was not cleaned to the standard we've come to expect in Marriott properties. The breakfast room staff were very accommodating and did an outstanding job of keeping items replenished and assisting guests. The pool and hot tub were out of order during our stay. Tiles were falling off the fireplace hearth. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful but at checkout the clerk could not provide us a paper copy of mystatement. We won't be staying here again.

Nice friendly staff

Pool was “under construction” which was a big reason for booking this hotel. Then the pull out sofa bed had mouse droppings in it, which is especially upsetting as that’s where my children would have been sleeping. Instead I had to give them the bed and my wife and I ended up on the sofa bed. Traffic from the highway was much louder than I expected as well. It was a large spacious room though and the hotel itself is close by things.
