"Residence Inn San Jose Stay Away!"

Had to stay two nights. Room was filthy, desk no chair, sofa bed no mattress, kitchen no dishes and a fire alarm this morning. The least they could do is clean the room before they rent it. Also woke up to a fire alarm this morning. and had to evacuate, however they did not provide any follow up information to us. Not worth the price. Currently waiting in our room till we can check out at 11:00

nice accomodation. Clean and beds were comfortable.

They placed us near an electronic device in the parking lot that had a non stop electronic voice, perhaps for security? You could hear it all night long from our room (322).
