Location! Staff.

Furniture and carpeting throughout were dated. Furniture in our room was tilted and tipping to the point the drawer on one night stand would not stay closed. The chairs at breakfast were terrible. Covering them doesn't make them feel better.

A lady by the name of Meghan Byram is very rude and shes not welcoming at all she shouldn't be allowed to work with such a ugly attitude the hotel stinks is old and outdated and if shes there you may as well turn around she will possibly make your stay a living hell she acts as if she doesnt like blk people or kids BEWARE IM DEFINITELY CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON HER FOR PROFILING KE BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET IN A ROOM AND MAKING ME EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE
