Bed was comfortable, room temp stayed at desired temp, and large fridge was very useful. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Prior to my arrival, I messaged the hotel to ask if I could check in an hour before scheduled check in time. The hotel messaged back saying they could make that accommodation. When I arrived the desk clerk wasn’t aware and was going to charge me an added $25 for checking in early!! Blow dryer in room didn’t work.

The outside door would not accept the key, it was 22 degrees outside and they had to call someone to fix the lock so it took about 20 minutes to get into room

Room was next to stair well and people are not courtesy. All we heard all noght long was people running up the stairs.
