Enjoyed my stay

The staff at Four Points are some of the nicest around. Hailey and Brianna were especially helpful and professional dealing with my last minute booking. They found me a great room and made the stay much more relaxing knowing that if something went wrong, they would be able to assist. This is my sixth time staying at Four Points and it will continue to be my go-to for the area.

Excellent hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times and always found it to be a good experience. Rooms are spotless, well appointed and quiet. The people at the front desk always make you feel welcomed especially, Nirmala. She remembered me from a previous stay and made sure that we were well taken care of while at the hotel.

This review is way overdue and the first one I’ve ever written. My children and I have stayed here each Thanksgiving for the past three years and not only has the hotel matched the previous years’ experience, it only gets better. The staff is so pleasant and helpful one would think they’re at a luxury hotel. Shoutout to Jamie (mgr. Mrs DeLucca (sp?)) from maintenance who swapped out our room’s AC/Heating unit in minutes with no fuss, apologizing the whole time for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet looks delish and the coffee urns are always filled and hot through the breakfast hours. The rooms are admittedly a bit dated, but as clean as you could ever want them to be. You’d be hard pressed to find a speck of dust! Microwave and fridge in room, fitness area and the best part is all the adorable dogs that parade through the lobby! Great location and value, highly recommend!

No issues

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Check-in was smooth and the parking lot is plentiful. The room is rather spacious with a couch/sitting area. The bed was decently comfy. My main complaint about this hotel was the noise. We stayed on a Saturday night on the first floor and I think there was a girl's basketball tournament going on. Anyways, we could hear every single conversation in the hallway like it was happening in our room. We could also hear people in the next room, so I think the walls are just thin. Otherwise, decent hotel room. I'd probably stay here again, but request a higher floor.

Cool hotel. Not the normal bed in a box but the rate was good. Stayed for biz and it worked out great. The staff was very attentive. Terrific kitchen. Had the hamburger, the steak salad and a good breakfast each morning. Pretty outdoor spaces. I shall return!
