The receptionist even thought was late she managed to let us stay

and the bed blankets were dirty and hair on it, shower bath are rusty and I saw a little bug in the restroom

Absolutely awful. Desk staff had an attitude, room reeked of menthol (I could still taste it 18 hrs later), smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and wasn’t even in the room, bathroom door was all ripped and shredded on the bottom, bathtub was rotted and moldy, didn’t trust the bed enough to get in it. Ended up putting my own blanket down over the bed to sleep on top of it with my own pillows too. Just go to the Red Roof Inn down the street.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I could not get a refund back so unfortunatley I had to stay there but the room was disgusting,you could not lock the door,the sheets had stains on them,there was crap on the ceiling,there were holes in the door and wall that someone punched,and the staff was absolutley rude!! I came in to pay and had a card and he asked if I had cash and when I said no sir I don't instead of just asking nicely he demanded I go to the gas station and pull cash then when giving my change back he threw it at me!!The next moring when I went to check out his wife looked at me like how dare you wake me up to check out!!

The room was clean as it was gonna get I guess... the shower was cold and the curtain needs to be changed but other than that it was a pretty good experience

Very grimy but good service

The room was unavailable I am waiting on a refund. I just keep getting emails from OYO customer service and Expedia. I will not deal with Expedia or OYO again.

It was terrible because there were things broken stains on the floor nothing to use like no coffee makers just about no tp. And every morning the cleaning lady would wake us up and walk in the door. And everyone was loud so I was unable to sleep. And not to mention the door was broken there was a huge hole on the bottom no extra blankets or pillows
