Excellent staff and service. All the rooms were remodeled and very clean!!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and alot of options on things to do on site. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

My stay at the IP Casino Hotel was highly disappointing. The property feels old and outdated, showing clear signs of wear. The bathroom had broken tiles, which made it feel neglected and unclean. The bed was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, making sleep nearly impossible. To top it off, the check-in staff were very unwelcoming, setting a negative tone for the entire visit. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvements in maintenance and customer service.
