The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room bathroom wasn’t clean at all . There were pubic hairs on the toilet (good thing I bring my on cleaning supplies) the sinks also had hair and the shower area had dirt on the floor

I liked the property very well. All the staff were great and friendly. However, the bill did not match what Expedia said it would be. It was more. I was told there are property tax’s that Expedia does not include this should not be the case. I should be charged exactly what Expedia say I should pay. Please look into this Expedia. Thank you.

I had better stays at best westerns. Bed felt crunchy, made noises and super uncomfortable. Room was covered with smoke tar on the windows, In the bathroom. It pretty much covered everything. Plus from what I remember I order the non-smoking room and they get me a smoking room.
