"Comfortable but probably won’t be my first choice next time."

It was clean and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed breakfast especially ability to make waffles!

The outside noise! It seemed like half the night I heard loud cars/trucks outdoors revving up their engines repeatedly . If you are a light sleeper this can be bothersome.

"The hotel is in prime location with nice facilties, its just the attitude of that staff member."

Location close to everything

Cleaning is below average. One of the staff was not helpful. I run my apple-pay, the money was deducted from my account and showed her the message and my bank account. Her system had a glitch it didn’t show. She was very mean with us. Instead of doing her work fixing her hotel system she was insisting to charge me again regardless and she did charge me twice then remove the authorization and the money got back to me so i end up charged ones but her attitude was not good at all.

The way the room was seperate from the beds . And the bathroom was private. Liked the lounging area as soon as you walked in .

"Our stay was real enjoyable !! Other than the fact the sleep sofa was Not.."

I loved the customer service, hospitality and the cleanliness of the property.

The sleep sofa was very uncomfortable.It should be updated to a more comfortable sleeping sofa bed. Shouldn’t have to feel the springs .
