The room had not been cleaned well. There was wig hair and dirt around the bed from previous guests and the bathroom soap bottle was empty. Internet is difficult to connect to. The bathroom shower leaked water on the floor because the shower curtain does not work. Parking was great though and the desk clerk was nice.
VERY CLEAN & GREAT VALUE... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you're staying in Bloomington Illinois or near there...
The location of this Days Inn was located just off the interstate for ease of exit and entrance. The property was a better than normal Days Inn. The facility was very clean and the check in process went well. The front desk person was very friendly and suggested a good place to have supper. There are a number of fueling options. The room was clean and neat and the heating and air conditioning unit had the option for a “constant run” fan making it easy to sleep without the unit turning on and off all night. The bathroom was small but clean. There were plenty of charging outlets for our electronics. The checkout the next morning went fast without any problems. Again, the property was dated however everything was very clean and neat.
Friendly staff, comfortable room
Staff was extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. Decor was a little dated. The chair in the room was really beat up and needed to be replaced. There was a weird odor that smelled almost like ozone and smoke when we arrived. We opened a window to air it out, but wasn't ideal. There isn't many options for food nearby.
The hotel was extremely outdated and falling apart. Rusty bathroom fixtures. Broken doorstops and exposed interior of walls. Spiders and silverfish in the bathroom. The areas around the facility are less than inviting. I will not return, Best Western puts their name on the facility and allows the owner to operate the facility in a disgusting manner. Do not stay here!!!
Room was clean and cozy. Cold air conditioner was a real treat. Frindly and helpful staff!
Mentioned when I checked in that I'd be leaving at 4 the next morning, so the owner set out breakfast sandwiches to grab right before I left! 10/10
Very comfortable bed. Clean room, close to dining.
Even though I had checked in on-line and provided all the information, I was still asked for all of it at check-in. The staff person was very difficult to understand.
