Location. Value. Very friendly staff.

The front door bell is too loud. The heater was hard to regulate and seemed to run constantly. The bathroom fan is loud!

Employee at check in charged me twice for the room and was paid cash and also charged my card ( not for deposit) . Rude and refusing to give me a printout for the additional charge. Having to dispute the situation through the card company. Atm inside hotel also had issues which I did get back days later of $140 . Will not stay here again nor do I recommend and grew up in this town. Extremely disappointed in the staff.

Was booked for a room and when I got there they tried to give me a room directly behind the front desk and when I asked for a different room, they charged me twice and didn't tell me until after they did it and refused to give me a copy of the bill. Extremely rude. The ATM was also a problem when I requested 200 and it gave me $40 and it was empty. Had to wait until almost 2days to get the rest of the funds from ATM. Will not recommend or stay at again.

Noise all night long from other rooms, from the people in the lobby including staff, dogs barking. We had a group of 15 and no one got any sleep. Worst night ever

Dogs barking all night, people including staff were talking loudly in the middle of the night. I booked 8 rooms for my group, all but to of the rooms were exposed to loud noises all night long and barely slept

Dirty room and linens, some items in dis repair. Sounded like people above us were coming through the ceiling

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!
