The night people are very nice and helpful

the manager the next day was not as helpful. The doors are hard to get key card to work and then the door to open on room 104. The bathroom stool in this room was so low and I had informed the motel when I made the reservation that my husband has cancer and in a wheelchair and we needed bathroom stool that was at least average height. It took us 40 min to get him up off the stool and no walk-in tub or shower so no bath for him. No microwave and then I double booked by mistake but no one told me I had it even asked did I realize I had. So I paid for the same room 2x
