"Staff was friendly"

Lower price than other properties But after seeing it, I understand why :(

First room had no working lamps. Knob was even missing on one. They moved me to another room. 2 of the 3 lamps worked. AC unit very loud and could not adjust air flow direction. Very worn old property.
