Me my wife and kids couldn’t shower because the inside shower liner was dirty and when she turned on the shower rust water came out before clear water. Beds barely fit two adults comfortably! Doors need wd40

So run down we went somewhere else.

Appeared everything was original from when the hotel was built. Dirty and old. The workers were friendly.

Property management was very pleasant and helpful and understanding of my situation. And accomidated me with no up charges .room was clean spacious.

The property had a dirty floor in the hallway, the room fan/heater was so noisy that we preferred to sleep in the cold room opposed to using the heater. The bathroom had rust in it, and a half inch spot of dried up blood- mind you, it wasn’t ours! We had booked the stay for two nights in a king suite; however, we were given a queen sz bed. The mattress was so hard and lumply that we couldn’t get any sleep at all. We cancelled our stay the next morning, requesting a full refund. However we have not received the refund. The free Wi/Fi service is slow, we couldn’t even distract ourselves with our fav shows, because Inet kept lagging. Highly unsatisfied, highly exhausted from zero sleep due to hard mattress and paper thin walls! We heard different voices, different ppl snoring. It was a really sad experience for us, one that we are unwilling to repeat even if it would’ve been for free!
