Did the job at a reasonable price.

Very friendly receptionist, that was the only highlight of the stay. Overall the hotel is dated, furniture cracked and dirty, mattresses are old and cheap… I had to clean the shower myself because everything is in such a state of condition it was hard to tell if the bathtub was stripped and painted multiple times or it was dirt… There is a bench for smokers in the front of the first level where the topless tattooed guys hang out for a smoke and chat. The pool exists, but has “in maintenance” sign that seems to be permanent. Breakfast is very minimal and lower value.

Outstanding

First time in Sierra Vista. I found this budget hotel and thought I would give it a try. The price was very reasonable. The front desk agent was welcoming and friendly. My room was clean as was the entire property. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel if I return to this town.

Staff very friendly; bed was noisy; floor dirty and NO Lock on window only a wood stick to secure the window ; we checked in a minutes later someone was trying to get in claiming the office gave him the same room; we went out to diner and when we came back our room key card didn’t work. I went to the office and they told me that they gave me the wrong room and that was the reason someone was trying to get in in our room. I was supposed to be in a different room but they moved the other guest in to another room to keep us in our room that was given to us.
