Rodeway Inn near Ft Huachuca

The staff is so kind and booking sometimes seems to have a weird way of not showing my reservation or that I already paid for it. The front desk always takes the time to figure it out with me. Makes me panic a bit when that happens and they always help me feel taken care of. When I rebooked online before checkout, twice, they let me keep my same room and made it easy for me. I always pick this place. They've even given me safe keeping after a couple of domestic violent attacks from my ex husband. I wouldn't choose any fancier place. Tried that once and got a grip of setbacks. Im always happy with rhodeway.

They're so accommodating and down to earth. See my other review. I always choose rhodeway. They've taken time to find me when the system has misplaced my reservation or asks me to pay after I already paid. They've given me a room on several occasions when my ex husband was violent, once police took us over there because we didnt have a place to go safely and they took us in right away and made us feel safe. They never charge me when I panic about fees after my kids make a last minute disaster mess right before checkout. They kept me checked in my roo. when I rebooked twice online before checkout. Also the staff are just easy to have conversations with and make jokes with. They answer the phones and they call up and they're very accommodating and professional.

A good breakfast and friendly staff. Easy parking. A little far from the better Sierra Vista restaurants. Occasionally in the middle of the night there is a strange noise coming from the pipes in the wall.

Never cleaned room once was there Friday thru Monday. They’re “breakfast” a joke. Don’t recommend this place. Will be staying elsewhere when I visit.

Bathtub difficult to get into shower mode. Trying to pull the ring down and make it stay down was a real irritation. I have a severe back pain and this was painful for me. Pillows were not comfortable. People smoking right outside the room

Crazy person trying to kick my room door in at 12:15 am and I had to call 911 because the front desk never answered. Dogs barking incessantly in an adjacent room. One check in process took in excess of 30 minutes. No apology from any staff for any of it. Regional manager: where are you???

Everything was fine. Room was clean and had everything i needed for my stay.

Property was fine and staff was outstanding. I had a. Issue with another persons dog attacking mine and some expensive vet bills. That was the only negative.

Pictures are a poor representation of conditions. Did not swim, but pool appeared to be in good shape. The rest of the property is quite rundown. Expected a little better quality from a National chain. Worked OK for a night but when we’re returning in October, will book somewhere else. The best part was the very pleasant woman behind the desk.
