I had to work in Prescott this weekend and booked a room at the Quality Inn, assuming the brand would offer the same decent experience I’ve had in the past. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite — something has gone seriously wrong at this location. Check‑in was the first red flag. Only one employee was working the front desk, and while there were guests waiting to check in, she repeatedly prioritized long phone calls over the people standing right in front of her. Two couples were ahead of me, and each time the phone rang, she stopped helping guests to answer it. After multiple lengthy calls, she finally told the third caller to ring back in 25 minutes because the lobby was full of guests waiting. This should have been the standard from the beginning. The room itself was even worse. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong musty, wet, dirty‑sock smell. It was impossible to ignore. The next morning, as I walked to get the continental breakfast, I saw multiple room doors propped open with large blower fans running. The entire hallway smelled like moisture, mildew, or harsh industrial carpet cleaner — clearly a major issue with water damage or poor cleaning practices. Breakfast was minimal — apples, oranges, yogurt, a waffle machine, muffins, and coffee. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not impressive. Checkout was déjà vu. Once again, only one employee was alone at the desk, stuck on another long phone call while guests waited. The gentleman in front of me was frustrated, and so was I. After watching her spend over 10 minutes explaining deposits to someone on the phone — instead of helping the people physically standing there — I finally put my door cards on the counter and walked out. This is simply unacceptable customer service.A hotel with two computer stations should have two employees during peak check‑in and check‑out times.

Room dirty pool too dirty to swim in

Clean & Friendly staff. Room was comfortable including bed.

The location was everything. We were in town for a softball tournament at Pioneer Park it was 10/15 mins away.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Location, microwave/fridge, shower

Pillows sucked, breakfast wasn’t ready in time, and the sheets had stains
