The blackmold in the bathroom, electrical sockets not working, and the big crack in the door. The towels look as if they were already used.

Rooms were clean.

First they tried to cancel the reservation so they could charge my card, then 😒 tried to find multiple reasons to keep our deposit then accused my children of smoking drugs in the room when we clearly reported it was the room next door and it could be seen on the security cameras, then said we never checkedin and stayed at all.. All out bad 👎.
