The animal crap on the floor and smell of the room when we entered it. Went to desk, the clerk seemed like our issue inconvenced her and demanded we showed her why we were requesting a different room, figured they would have at least offered an apology.

We didn’t stay there because was substandard.

The bed wasn’t made up properly. The spread had holes in it. It was supposed to be a smoke free room. We had to walk on dirt and rocks to get to our room. The bathroom ceiling look as if it has been leaking. It was very distasteful.

Room 109 for one night. 2 floors, no elevator. Easy check-in. Asked for a downstairs room as I didn't want to carry everything up the stairs. Staff was accommodating to my request. Comfortable king bed. WiFi connection was weak. Simple breakfast: cereal, waffles, yogurt, packaged pastries, coffee. This location doesn't look like much from the outside but it was fine for one night. It has easy access to highways, gas stations and fast food. I would stay here again. Recommend eating at the local diner just up the road — Crossroads Cafe. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices for good homestyle cooking.

The accommodations were excellent, offering a clean, quiet, and conveniently located environment. The staff provided exceptional service.

Horrible! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Dirty! Broken deadbolts, broken toilet, smelly, dirty sheets, back door not locked and accessible to anyone, and location is creeeeepy!!! Take my advice and keep driving!!!

The first room I've got, the fridge was so full of ice that the door was wild Open, then the second room on the ground, the window wasn't closing so anyone could enter the room 😞the price they charged me wasn't the total price announced by Booking.com and because I complained about it they didn't charge me for the dog. (Thanks for that). It was my 3rd time at this hotel but I will not come back again.

Room comfortable and clean. Location is good. Need to improve breakfast offering. Fresh fruit and bakery item would be good. Individual servings of juice and dairy best, not in containers used by others. This public area needs to be cleaned. A door where supples was kept was open and room needs cleaned. Casino half hr away in terre haute , not aware of other places of interest.
