Travel Inn - In Phoenix (Alhambra)

Bloody blankets, no towels, dirty tub and sink

The room had need of renovation. The trim leading to the bathroom area was sticking up to trip you and cut your feet. Table only had 3 legs. No Ice machine. Very bad area. Homeless were inside the dumpster looking for food and sneaking in through the bars and security frnces. Otherwise the walls were so thin heard room next doors music until about 2 am. Nice bed

I will not be returning.

The room was ok but the front desk clerk sweared the property was safe and gated however there was an entrance on the north side of the parking lot was wide open with no gate. People were yelling and fighting until 4am at 5am a woman starts pounding on the door telling me to open it and I told her to go away. I called the office spoke to sam he said he couldn't do anything for me and to talk to the morning person. I didnt get any sleep and I had a work meeting on Tuesday. I complained to the front desk person in the morning and told him I wanted a refund because I was lied to and the experience was miserable. He would only talk to me through the outdoor window. He only kept telling me no refunds no refunds. He didn't even seemed to care at all. I was so disappointed! NEVER AGAIN AT THAT UNSAFE PLACE!

It was a bit of a hassle to get checked in but not on behalf of the motel otherwise all was great

No joy, tolerable at best

This motel stay was a big disappointment. The room itself was very dated and the towels were partially dirty or had hair. I booked three nights and had to get my room key card reprogrammed 6 times as it would stop working which was very annoying as I couldn’t get onto the premise, especially when the front desk person took a break of 10 min around midnight. Also, the location is a bit sketchy. No WiFi available at all.
