The bed is very comfortable the staff is friendly

We arrived at 7:15pm (check in time is 3pm) and was told our room wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. Our room smelled musty, the bed felt like it was going to fall apart.

The clerk lied said the rooms were nice and clean the room was not clean bed was horrible and old the TV didn't work it had 1 towel in the bathroom the motel smelled of strong marijuana took clerk 45 min.to come and try to fix TV, other people below and next to us had their music booming the clerk did nothing about it the whole experience was bad we will never stay there again and certainly will not let friends or family. We had a horrible night and I should get my money back.

Tv did not work, room needs major updates, bed was horrible

Location was good. Evening staff was helpful. Did not see a morning staff person.

The hotel itself was very outdated and dingy. Bedding seemed very old. Minimal breakfast.. was not terrible. Could hear everything.. cleaner started cleaning early morning.. you could hear everything.

Good coffee. Nice desk clerk.

Breakfast not adequate - pastries & waffles. Bathroom walls cracked & seemed broken. One sowbug. Room wasn't ready so had to change rooms. New room toilet had not been flushed.

Comfortable clean room

Housekeeping did not come in and make the bed or give me clean towels.\n The AC was not working. They were supposed to come fix it and did not even come into the room. They told me they would give me a new room. The day before, when I told them it was not working. But when I got done with my business during the day, it was already like 11 o'clock at night, when I got in and I didn't want to screw around changing rooms at 11 o'clock at night when I'm tired from being From going since 6 in the morning.

Location was convenient.

Bed was a little high. Asked for handicap room but told didn't have one. Made showering interesting. Free breakfast had very limited selection but sufficed.
