Had a problem with the first room, however Cody placed us in a different room. Very nice and considerate employee.
We made an online reservation weeks ago for a king room. When we checked in we found that they had given our room to someone else. They found another room for us on the 1st floor (per our request as there is no elevator), but it was a single queen room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but we prefer a king size bed.

Was moved from room to room three times in less than 24 hours due to first nondraining tub, second room shower handle broke and we had to bail water from tub to toilet for 20 minutes until employee came to shut water off, and third room had standing water for 20 minutes until it drained fully after an average 15 minute shower. First room door would not shut completely unless you put your sholder into it and pushed really hard.
It's what I expected
We had a family emergency and came in late. They were very kind and understanding. Had a good breakfast which was convenient and a great bonus for us in the morning.
No housekeeping , check in friendly, misleading on a sofa bed , not a sofa bed , it was a futon , very uncomfortable to sleep
Clean and comfortable beds. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Food left in refrigerator. Breakfast was just ok.
Could not use the whirlpool either days
