The hotel and room were nice and clean. Plenty of outlets for charging phones, watches and computers.
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were two friends coming to Ashland for a funeral. The booking screen said, "Studio suite,1 King bed, Sofa bed, top floor". (I took a screen shot.) I sent, in the request, "One description said there a was a sleeper sofa in the suite, but in the property details, it does not list the sofa. We need two sleeping areas. Please put us in a room away from traffic noise. Thank you!) When arrived on 8/22, the gentleman gave us a ground floor unit. I said, no, we had a top floor suite. He accommodated us and put us in a top floor corner suite. I was disappointed to see a vinyl "futon" as my sleeper sofa. I had to go back down to request linens and blanket as there were none. It was a rotten sleep as there was a bar down the middle of the fold down bed where the two sections met. Too slender to sleep on one side or the other. VERY uncomfortable sleep! When I mentioned this at checkout, I was told the sleeper sofas "were on order". I said it should not have been advertised as such and we should have been charged as a single "king bed" room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but a little musty. The toilet in the bathroom was very low and also wobbly. It was not attached to the floor well. As an older adult this was just not okay.
For the price, staff didn’t seem overly enthusiastic. Used one of the back staircases and it could use a little freshening up. Main areas were good. Breakfast area was good.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room/ bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, apparently they are now adding more items. Pool area clean, but small. Convenient location for my weekend near Bayfield
Ethan and Cody were awesome (very knowledgeable and helpful) when we checked in and our room is super clean! The pool was beautiful and breakfast was bountiful and delicious!
This property is worn and needs upgrading.
