They need an elevator
There were a few things that could use an upgrade, recliner had deep cuts in the arms. The water in the shower didn't drain quick. The place was clean the bed was fabulous and we were happy.
Affordable place to stay! They are slowly doing updates and havent done the floors yet that are real old. Staff are very friendly and it was clean. Lots of options for breakfast.

The manager that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind. She took time last week to verify everything above my trip and helped me out immensely. If for some reason you are able to give here a bonus for all that she did to put my mind at ease, as I feel she deserves it. She was very busy and helped me out and I really appreciate her time and attention and attitude. Many people are rushed when helping others but she is very people oriented. Kudos to her!
I attended a concert at the Big Top in Bayfield. This was a great place to spend the night before heading home in the morning. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable.

Was satisfied with our stay. We were not looking for exceptional accommodations, just clean and comfortable for us. There were many things to do in the area that is why we were there. Also many places to eat. this is the second time we have stayed here. Also more affordable than other accommodations we checked on.

Very clean, great location and staff. Has not been remodeled recently, but everything was in good shape and we got a restful nights sleep!
