The property has just been renovated, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. It smells great. The property seems very clean, and breakfast was acceptable for the price paid.

Front desk staff was very helpful. They changed our room upon request, and replaced a broken hair dryer very quickly. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The walls are paper thin. We heard everything from the room next door. Also, I woke up every time the condenser from the HVAC kicked on - it was super loud.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I made a reservation the day before my arrival, but when I checked in, I was informed that the hotel had no record of it. Despite the inconvenience, I remained patient while the General Manager attempted to determine what had happened and find a solution. However, when I simply asked why my reservation had not been received, the General Manager’s response was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concern, he told me that I could “just go somewhere else”—after already processing my payment and charging an additional deposit to my card. When I requested an immediate refund, I was informed that I would have to wait several days for my bank to process it. As a result, I was left without accommodations due to an error that was entirely on the hotel’s end. My husband is disabled, and I had specifically requested a first-floor room when making the reservation to accommodate his needs. I was attempting to explain this situation when I was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment. We have stayed at Wyndham properties throughout our week of travel and have never experienced anything remotely close to this level of poor customer service. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer courtesy was astonishing. To this day, I still have no explanation as to why the hotel failed to receive my reservation, yet we were effectively denied a room because of their mistake. In hindsight, I am relieved that we did not stay there given how we were treated. Adding to the negative experience, the lobby was noticeably dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for professional management, clean accommodations, or respectful treatment.

Staff was very friendly and the guys working at the counter even went the extra mile. The rooms were very clean, spacious and pest free and all the appliances in the room worked good and most definitely worth the money. What I paid to stay for 4 nights was less than the price a lot of other motels would charge to stay 2 nights. This also makes traveling more affordable. I would highly recommend.
