Not good!

Generally speaking, the room and facility seemed to be clean. Parking was good.

There was no place to hang clothes. There was no waste basket in the bathroom. The towels and washcloths were thin and contained stains. I thought my reservation included breakfast, but there was nothing. Bathroom sink was small and on the low side, as well as the toilet. I had to dial a number on counter phone to summon someone to check in and out, otherwise I saw no staff around.

The location was great. The breakfast could been better . I like hot breakfast.

My room had missing furniture. Every hallway was lined with old mattresses some with blood spatter looking like bed bug filth.. They had just sprayed for bugs you could smell it so strong. Cleaned rooms and switched all mattresses it looked but the old ones were still lined down the hallways so I had to walk single file to move through. Pointless too if covered in bugs they will just contaminate everything if not fully removed. Also from stripping the rooms and spraying they hadn’t gotten all furniture back in room. My t.v. Didn’t work at first. The phone didn’t work at all. And the flip over lock to door for extra protection was broken. Also when I expressed my concerns to Whyndum they just contacted front desk which just tried to shove me from one room to another. The whole place was a mess.

the staff is thief . doesn't want to return deposit and gave me a fake receipt but didn't return the money
