"It was awful and I will not return"

I paid for the room on Booking.com. The facility then charged an additional $50 to my card that they said was a deposit and would be given back. It never was. The room was filthy. There was hair and dirt in the shower and bugs on the bathroom counter. The window had see through curtain and no solid blind to shut.

Have stayed several times over the years, from last time to this stay many changes made. Lighting updates really made a difference, new window blinds, are wonderful. Will stay there again.

Rooms are not very "warm and welcoming". Tile floors, no pics on the walls. Ok for a quick nights stay. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the automatic pancake machind was impressive. Made perfect pancakes!
