Checked in and given room key but when I opened door, woman was in room eating! Plus, it was a smoking room and stunk!! Went back to front desk and asked what was going on. That was the cleaning lady. Ridiculous!!! Given a non-smoking room but room was dark and dirty. Should have NO STARS!!!

"Disgustingly dirty room"

The shower was dirty, tgere was a used bar of soap in the shower and tge empty wrapper for it as well, and some used shampoo... the breakfast was only cold stuff and tge orange juice wasnt real orange juice it was some cheap sunny delight... I was charged $400... not cool to give me a dirty room when I paid more than they charge at Marriott in hawaii... and Clayton was rude, said tge lobbyvwas off limits for me, then invited a female guest into the lobby... but yeah he was rude when addressing me ratger tgan being respectful

I'm giving a 5 ⭐ because these people went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We got put on the third floor which I believe the AC unit in the hallways are down and said therefore the hallways were very hot making the rooms harder to cool but the hotel staff literally done everything they could to make us comfortable They came and reset the AC unit which fixed the problem and they even brought us a little mini extra air conditioner So we finally got to have a good night's rest

Hotel is very outdated and reeks of cigarette smoke. Lamps plugged in out in the hallway-not very reassuring. Found a weird glass tube wrapped up in my supposedly clean bath towel. However, guest room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the a/c worked well.

"Smelly stay."

Cigarette smoke and strong food odors are a problem for the lobby, stairwell and hallways. Had to try 3 different rooms to find a room that did not smell. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. As long as we were in our room, no problem but getting to it or back to the parking lot was a smelly experience.
