Reserved a room with a accessible shower because of my disability. But was told upon arrival that i couldn't have that room because of my service dog. Motel 6 doesn't understand disabled people also have service dog's?

Utterly stupid management. No concern for guests. (They started cleaning at 6:00am) Requested quiet room. What did I get? 3 down from check in. Tried again. Blown off. Ice machine in front of door. Some monster machine 3 doors down with low roaring off and on. Loud and grunt/rattle.. Motel has serious and unsafe problems. (Try the front door.) Rooms don't lock properly, etc., etc., etc. There are other decent rooms in Espanola. Go there. Not here. Again. In the all time bottom five as to management competence, concern for guests. Oh yeah, the SMELL!

Do not recommend. Somebody from street- checked through the window us. Not safety!

Requested quiet area of motel and was placed in the most noisy room 201, right next to the lobby and main road with traffic noise and voices throughout the night. Room had no desk, toilet barely worked, internet slow. Might give a better rating if the price wasn't $90 including tax, but at this price the motel was definitely not worth it. Not worth it anyways considering I got a little sleep and my request was not even remotely considered.

Clean property and comfortable beds. Very basic breakfast!!! Oatmeal and muffins only.

It was convenient for our trip.

We received a double room and our reservation was for a single. There were occupants in close proximity that were smoking marijuana all night...the stink was very profound in the hall.

attempted to take a shower at 5:00 AM, but there was no shampoo provided, and the shower handle to turn on the water was not working. This was quite inconvenient, especially at an early hour. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.
