Very run down... not clean... TV didn't work... fridge didn't work...gum on floor...shower door didn't open or close properly (installed wrong preventing it from easily opening

Nothing unique. Mold in the shower. Dirty in general. Comfy and clean beds. Cleaning people were so loud in the morning knocking on room doors and talkig very loudly yet they did not clean our room and did not even change our towels.

GOOD SPOT - 25 MINUTES FROM ND STADIUM . CONVENIENT

We arrived late checkin around 12:30 in the morning. The front desk employee was friendly and courteous. The room was clean. I went into the bathroom and once I turned on the lights there were 2 cockroaches, I killed them. I was really tired so I went to bed. No one at the desk in the am to tell so I left key in the box and started my drive home .

The hotel was nice, our room was very nice. The location was perfect. We did not need any service and left before breakfast was served. The only complaint was the condition of the towels. The floor mat was ragged and the bath towels were quite thin. Clean, but over-used.

Someone was in my room when I opened the door. Lucky I wasn’t murdered. Got no refund. Insane. Avoid this place for your safety.

It’s run by a very nice family and has clean rooms and linens. Exceeded my expectations.

The man who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. High points to him both for check in and check out. He was there when we checked in at about 11:30 PM and he was also there the next morning when we checked out at about 9 AM. Other than him, you get what you pay for here. No elevators. Old furniture in the lobby. Worst though was that our room had the most awful smell!! Almost like some stinky socks or shoes were hidden somewhere in the room. Luckily, we had some air freshener and I always travel with some small candles so we were able to light that to make it a little more tolerable. Fortunately we arrived pretty late at night, so we were just were there to sleep and we got out of there first thing in the morning. The bed was comfortable, we think it was maybe a newer mattress. The bathroom also had been updated (Sink, toilet and shower) However, that being said, there was brown streaks of something running down the wall so they neglected to repaint in there. We won’t stay here again.
