מיקום מעולה, רק כמה דקות הליכה מכיכר טאסו. נקי ממש. מישל היה ממש נחמד. נתן המלצות למסעדות וענה בסבלנות לכל שאלה. יש סופרמרקט קרוב והמון מסעדות ובתי קפה.

The place is 100 m from the main square. Michele was amazing, help in every small and big thing and make our stay great. it was pleasure to meet such a good man.

The host, Michael, was incredibly attentive. We had all the details for the area and the room before we stepped through the door. Offside parking was a breeze after arranging through Michael. Our room was large, the bed was very large and beautifully equipped with clean, crisp linen. We had a fridge and a kettle. Above all, everything was superb clean. It was also cleaned every day whilst we were out. We slept extremely well, there's no noise from the city - the centre is only a minute away - and everything you want to visit is very close. If you want to book a trip or a restaurant do it through Michael, he will definitely know who to call and speak to so as you get the best service. Thank you Michael.

Absolutely nothing to say, everything was perfect.

The property is centrally located just steps from piazza Tasso and the train station. There is a beautiful terrace and modern amenities. And our host was beyond compare!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Gave great suggestions for dining and activities.

Stayed in 6 places in Italy at a similar price point and this was greatly overpriced. Similar to an Airbnb as front desk rarely occupied so contact by text though they did answer promptly and some issues were not resolved until the following day. Pleasant manager. Our half used water bottle was put back in fridge instead of replenishing with a new bottle. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain. Only one Powdered coffee provided for the two of us. Coffee spoon left dirty and not cleaned from the day before. Does have a large balcony. Ran out of toilet paper on two occasions. Did not even replace the used paper cups in the bathroom. Mirrors not clean. No towels given on one day. Ironing board but no iron. Location good near a grocery store. Dark, quiet. Plug in for phone in bed frame didn’t work needed to ask for an extension cord to run across room.

Michele was so helpful and especially kind during a stressful time. My husband has dementia and he had an episode. Michele was very understanding. He also met us at the train station and walked us back to the hotel. He gave several suggestions on restaurants and transportation. I will definitely stay again in the future.
