DIAMOND SUITE

The location was amazing, even in a gated area! It’s right down the street from the train/ bus station and within a 3 minute walk to local restaurants and vendors in town. Aside from location, the service and rooms were incredible. Michele made our experience! Definitely see myself coming back the next time I’m in the area!

The host, Michele, was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I stayed at Diamond Suite towards the end of my three week Italy trip and, without being over dramatic, I think it saved the whole experience. I was actually booked into a different place/town but left early because it really wasn’t meeting my needs. Diamond Suites was a comfortable, quiet and convenient reprieve for my last week in Italy and I couldn’t have been happier. Michele is so very kind and helpful - a real gem and I highly recommend this place.

Michele was an excellent host and made it clear that he’d be available for anything we needed. The room was very comfortable, clean and well located.

Loved the location. So close to train station and buses. Took the train to Pompeii (buy train tkts in coffee shop) and a bus to Amalfi and Positano. Also bus back to a Naples airport.

⭐ Terrible experience at Hotel Diamond ⭐ My stay at this hotel was disappointing. I was a victim of a sneaky theft, and $100 was stolen from my safe. I had left an envelope with several bills as a test, and unfortunately, they took my $100. The worst part? When I reported it, the manager Michelle did nothing and completely dismissed my complaint. While filing a police report wasn’t worth it for the amount, it’s unacceptable that theft happens inside this hotel. ⚠️ Be very careful with this place. It is not safe.

Perfect hotel room. Highly recommended. Michele our host is absolutely top shelf. A perfect host. Very close to the train for connections and walking distance to whatever your heart desires.
