Super 8 by Wyndham El Dorado

We did not eat the breakfast there. My husband went for coffee and was put off by the lack of cleanliness and freshness of the offerings.

The metal frame of the bed was quite noisy. the tub had a couple of long black hairs in it and the shower liner was dingy.

The location was great . The staff was very weird being the same person all day no rotation. The building was under construction which the rooms was not ready for visitors stay. We had to sleep with the chair to the door because it seem as the one staff member was following us.

The breakfast was unseen ... Only was enough for I guess just a couple people because it wasn't many there maybe two rooms occupied. I kept hearing noise from up stairs where people was walking or someone was. I had to call the front desk to tell them once I did it stopped. Very weird. Not to mention the plastic over the floors in the front entrance and the pallets with materials for building..

The ac worked

The room looked like someone else had been in the room. Chair was pulled out, trash on the floor, the floor was dirty, the shower was very dirty, there was a used plastic cup sitting on the bathroom sink, trash in the bathroom trashcan including the wrapper for that cup, and no towels.

Everything was great!

Picture above bed was only attached on one end. It was leaning over the bed like it was going to fall. Breakfast area needed options

The staff was nice

The room was musty and I saw a roach on the floor by the bed. The bath wouldn’t turn into a shower and the amount of towels left for a four person room was only two towels. To get more towels it would have cost us $15 each.

Nothing.

The staff were extremely rude, and they scammed us. Tried to charge us an additional night with no explanation. Said that WE booked the night and wouldn’t remove it and give my money back until I hung up and said I would call the authorities. Before that incident we booked for December 1st, checkout December 2nd. We checked in around 5 or 6 am on December 1st. Mind you NOBODY said we couldn’t check in early, they had PLENTY of rooms. We check in, at 10am someone comes banging on our door telling us we need to get checked out. We were so confused. She said that because we checked in early we could only stay until checkout. But for 1 nobody told us if we checked in early we would have to leave early, and 2 IT WAS 10 AM!!!! She said checkout was 11. They are absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly. And to add, they all sleep on the job, literally. So we waited for a good 15-20 minutes just for someone to come to the front desk because you have to call their room.
