I was sent to a room someone was already staying in. Next, another patron and I couldn’t get my door of the 2nd room to open. It also did not look like it had been vacuumed in a while.

Very disappointed with this hotel, first room the zircon did not work, was then moved to another one which had a very unpleasant stale smell, but at least the aircon worked. I should have known what to expect when the car park was full of work pick up trucks. The entrance hall was all muddy from the workers boots. I could hear dogs barking from some of the rooms although, the second room I was placed in was further down the hall from them. The next morning at 6.45 am I went to the breakfast area to get a coffee, this was barely Luke warm. The guy behind the desk was more interested in playing games on his phone. I gave up and left, needless to say, I will not be stopping here again. I get the impression from staying in many of these Asian Indian run hotels that they are only interested in providing the bare minimum, even down to maintenance to maximise profits. Once again, the photos on the site are misleading and not really representative of what it looks like now. The Hotel owners should be made to post new photos every 3 years to show reality rather than what it looked like when built.

I checked out a day early so I requested a credit for early check out with the clerk in person upon checking out. It was high school graduation weekend, and they were fully booked and shouldn't have had a problem renting the room again as I left very early in the morning. I called the hotel on three occasions asking the status of my refund and was told each time they would ask their manager and get back with me. I never received a call back. I sent three emails requesting my refund and still haven't received any replies or refund from my emails. Bath towels are the size of a hand towel. North side exit door is broken so anybody can gain access to the rooms without a key card with is a major security issue. Breakfast choices are very limited. Front desk clerk is never at the front desk. Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay. I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and my visit two years ago was pleasant. I'm not sure what changed but I will not stay here again. I'm still waiting to hear back on my refund.

Parking with a boat was very accessible.

*Everything was clean, as per usual. *Bed is comfortable, always fresh linens. *Boiling hot water available for nice hot bath afyer long work days landscaping and sore muscles. *Good tv & sound. *Free breakfast (albeit basic, appreciate free coffee and oranges). *Window can be fully opened. *Lovely, newlike white towels of various sizes, being much appreciated for a man such as myself who has extreme OCD and enjoys the finer things in life like options. 😁

*The staff here are always abrubt and short with me. I have never felt welcomed, nor been welcomed, in fact. A, "Do you have a reservation? Do you have money? Please come back when you do, okay? Thank you, goodbye." IS NOT A WELCOME YOUR PAYING GUESTS ENJOY RECEIVING EVERY VISIT. *Bath tub does not fully plug when being filled, resulting in a constant drain. *Cannot take a 20 minute bath with having to turn on a miniature waterfall and refilling every 5 minutes or so, etc. The draining sound is annoying, not to mention the actual draining of the water within the tub, etc. Cannot plug drain with washcloth, as it has a fixed steel hair trap dome. Grrr... *Their Front Desk staff stated that my $50.00 deposit would be returned immediately following my 11:00 a.m. Checkout, and whilst it shows it was "Posted at 11:15 a.m." that day, I still have not received my refund. The staff then inform me that it can take up to 3-4 Business Days to Return MY MONEY TO ME. Not cool. They could have simply given me the $50 cash and worked things out with the Managment, but alas, I am stuck in town until Their Bank Releases MY $50.00. IT HAS BEEN FLOODING IN THIS TOWN FOR DAYS. EVACUATION ORDERS GIVEN TO OVER 50 RESIDENTS LAST NIGHT. I NEED MY MONEY NOW. Safe dies not work and is barely hanging on the wall. Yes, bolted to a wall. Ni, it is not bolted to the floor. No, it does nit have a fixed support. It has a piece of corner sheet metal propped under it, I think... Unsure. I am sure that that is quite literally, in two ways of the meaning, UNSAFE. LOL... $$$ XXX NOT LOL

Current owners have definitely tried to renovate and improve property, but still falls short of my expectations based on the pictures online. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very continental, but served its purpose. Price reflects hotel condition.
