"Nice room, terrible access"

Didn't use breakfast

For someone even slightly handicapped, access is at best, difficult. There is no car unloading area. You have to unload from your parking space, carry luggage into front office, down 3 or 4 steps and to your room.

"all in all it was convinient and comfortable"

coffee and breakfast would be nicer on the seating side of lounge. Coffee station in doorway make a little difficult for peolple to walk by

Water temperature in shower could be a little hotter. stayed warm ran for a bot but water never got any hotter. Im guessing it could be a water heater issue my sons room was the same
