Breakfast is dull

Room was dirty. Sidewalks were not shoved. Called front desk for 1 and a half hours before they answered.

People sleep in the hallways I have the video no breakfast

Tried to call front desk on way to hotel for 1 and a half hours before someone answered. Room was dirty. Sidewalks were never shoveled. Not a good experience.+

Nothing. When you find employee's using your room as a hangout room it is not professional at all. She claimed to be cleaning the room, she didn't have any cleaning supplies with her. Had her coat on and was sitting at the desk when I walked in to the room.

The location was excellent. The sheets and towels were clean and if you like a softer bed, it was comfortable.

The entire room smelled stale. While the sheets smelled clean the blankets and bedspreads smelled like body odour. Blankets had significant holes in them. Carpets were dirty. The sink didn’t drain so we ended up using running water from the bathtub to wash and brush teeth. The worst part was that the fan on the heater would intermittently start banging and not stop unless you turned it off. There was also a 4am visit by police to a room across the hall on the first night.
