This seemed new so was in good condition. It was clean and fresh. The front room was a spacious living area and kitchen and the bedroom and bath in the rear. The location is on a very busy road but we couldn't really hear it when in the back.

Loved the view and location. Had a couple of small hiccups on arrival but very quick and easy to get sorted, staff very helpful and friendly

We discovered food in the fridge and hubby went to enquire at reception if that was breakfast for us for the next morning, they advised no and that they'll come and clear it at some point. I was still alone in the unit and then someone just walked in - no knock or announcement - just walked in - good thing I was not getting changed! No apology for the rude intrusion either. We asked for more milk and just got 2x15ml ones - yippee - that is only 2 teas worth - 1 for each of us. The bathroom floor was not clean and the bathrobes were scrunched up in the warrobe - so didn't want to wear them as they looked used in the messy bundle they were sitting in. There was also no cooling and it was not even summer yet - so strongly recommend they get some fans. The units look brand new, but there is no USB outlets to charge your devices with so you need to remember to bring your wall plug for that. Not a bad place, but it was way overcharged!

Room is good sized and is clean. Attention to details is lacking and causes annoyance. For example, no tissue in the tissue box. I used toilet paper instead but it run out by the morning. Then couldn't any replacement toilet paper roll in the cabinet.

Perfect hosts. Accommodation beautiful. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean.

Well presented unit and friendly helpful owners. Bed in master bedroom was hard.

The cleanliness,presentation and communications were excellent. The Manager was in control of it all. Though being new the heaters, toaster, and doors latches were a problem. The response from the Management team was fast and immediate.
