Super 8 by Wyndham Warner Robins

It could use a small renovation, elevator as a option maybe, better installation because you can hear everything

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Nothing at all.

It was so dirty and poorly kept. The fire alarm in our room didn't have a battery, the room was so worn down and dirty. Holes in the curtains and blankets, discolored mattresses, and the list goes on. We checked out and moved motels as soon as our eyes opened. We would have left the night we checked in if we had not gotten in so late.

It was pretty quiet. No don't put up with any nonsense but they did have bugs.

Location was good. AC was good.

Bed spread had cigarette burn holes in it. Carpet was so filthy it was sticky. Sheets were stained. Dresser was missing an entire drawer. Shower was dirty.

Due to all of the heavy luggage, etc., I had with me, I requested a first floor room at booking {received 5, yes 5, E-mail confirmations and spoke to hotel verbally about this in advance}. When I arrived, I was asked to re-register even though I had already completely done so online. The, clearly illegal, room {#110} I was provided was the manager's "personal" room that they supposedly only rent to family. {Cannot imagine putting loved ones in that room}. I asked when on the phone confirming my reservation if it had all the same described amenities on the Web site as the other rooms and was assured that it definitely did. However, when I checked in, I was extremely surprised and disappointed. It was missing: 1} Mini Refrigerator {explained not necessary if they just gave me an ice bucket to keep some of my food cold} 2} Microwave 3} Alarm Clock 4} Hair Dryer 5} Iron 6} Ironing Board 7} TV That Worked Properly 8} Desk 9} In-Room Safe 10} Do Not Disturb Sign 11} Ice Bucket 12} "Light Breakfast" In Lobby Also, the furniture in this small, bare-bones room was extremely old and badly tattered. Half the electric outlets were broken which made it impossible to do any work on my lap top, etc., especially since there was no desk. There were holes in the walls and no caulking around the window A/C unit to prevent bugs from getting in. When I VERY nicely {can be proven by looking at the camera footage} brought these items to the attention of the rude and nasty front desk clerk and the manager, I was yelled at and treated horribly while being repeatedly talked over and not allowed to speak. After they learned that I had used Wyndham points to book my room, I was told that they could rebook it a hundred times at full price to all the people fleeing the hurricane. When I told the manager that I would be honestly reviewing them, he went ballistic and actually kicked me out. A guest approached me while I was loading all of the stuff back in my car {with NO luggage cart} and told me that the manager took a picture of my car and license plate then called the police to report me as a drunk driver! I was completely sober since I do not drink OR do any drugs, aside from having a perfect driving record. {I will be contacting the police department about the filing of this fraudulent report}. Miraculously, I was able to find another Wyndham property next door in the middle of the hurricane with a room that was very nice. The front desk clerks there told me that they get tons of walk-ins from that Super 8 due to dissatisfied guests. They also told me that the hotel has a terrible reputation and cannot keep good help. Their manager constantly comes over trying to see if anyone would like to work there. It should immediately be shut down since the hospitality business is obviously not for them and they are certainly not helping the Wyndham brand.

Bugs, cigarette burns in sheets, scratchy towels….I guess you get what you pay for, but if other options were available, would not be staying here again…my sister evacuated from the hurricane and had no other options for her family.
