"It was ok. "

The toilet handle broke on the first night and the toilet paper holder on the second night. The breakfast didn’t have many options. The room wasn’t very nice.

Has everything we want. Room has strong smell, get better after open window. Everything is dated but clean. Breakfast is very simple. You get what you paid

"Customer service was horrible!!"

Made a reservation online through hotels.com. I had requested a handicap room. Upon arriving my wife goes to check in and the person at the desk explains we booked an upstairs room which is not even an option He then wants to charge us $10 to change us to a handicap room. Then hold my dl until I come in so he can see I am handicap. It was total BS. Then we get up and try to shower it is broken and it takes almost 2 hours to get anyone to do anything. Very disappointed after the high rating Might want to check ADA also. You can’t charge me more for a handicap room.
