Difficulty checking in because “computer was down. No attempt by receptionist to resolve issue even after waiting 45 min. Finally called her manager and through simple troubleshooting realized the computer had gotten unplugged. REALLY!!!

The front desk was very nice, he allowed me to check in early after my long drive. alot of the people that were in other rooms were very rude and disruptive with loud music & banging, wasn't sure if they were usual guests of the hotel?
