Staff was attentive and pleasant. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and accessible for disabled husband. Great shower and grab bars! Excellent soundproofing.

I think people should be notified if was is advertised is not available - pool and hot tub. Very important. Staff need to learn how to set fridge temperature with a thermometer. All of my fresh food froze and glass bottle of liquid broke. Please understand not everyone enjoys the smell of chemical fragrances. They are also toxic to people breathing them daily.

Breakfast, beds, host, location

Pool and hot tub were out of service, but looked good.. I was very disappointed i couldn't swim 😔

Location, price. Had a fridge, freezer and microwave. Bed was soft but comfortable

An odor in hallway. Would like a firmer bed, another chair in the room.

Everything was great. Love how quiet the rooms are and there were a lot of people there for hockey tournament.

Did not care for the staff that checked us in. Had to phone staff that we were there. That wasn't the problem. What was the problem is she came through the door in office ranting about how she can't get the linen folded with all the interruptions. Was not pleasant or professional at all.

The front desk lady when I walked in was very rude and disrespectful so I left and stayed at a different hotel
